I am currently working as Grant Coordinator and Project Manager at Girl Grind UK, a Birmingham based charity whose mission is to empower ethnically diverse female and gender expansive individuals, breaking down socioeconomic, regional, racial and gender based barriers to learning, earning and thriving in the arts & cultural sector. 

 

I am responsible for the fundraising and project management of some of Girl Grind UK’s projects, including She Don Did it and She Don Did it Schools- these are meaningful projects that fosters creative music skills through workshops and seminars, aiming for long-term industry change. Each project plays a part in building a new society, one where the participants involved have a new found confidence and voice to become leading creators, business owners, industry professionals, professors, managers and CEOs that have a voice in shaping our industry for the better.
